Terms and Conditions
To maintain a good
standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be
complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the
occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Security deposits:
A Credit
Card number and authorization is required and held to cover all costs and any additional charges (as
outlined below)
Payment:
Balance (or 4 weeks)
must be received in full on arrival at the
apartment prior to occupancy.
Cancellations or changes to bookings:
A
minimum of 7 nights notice is required by this property for all
cancellations/changes to bookings. If less than 7 days notice the cost
of 1 nights accommodation will be forfeited for short-term bookings or
one weeks accommodation for a long term booking (more than 4 weeks).
Cleaning:
Our housekeeping staff will service your apartment on a weekly basis.
This service includes changing the sheets and towels cleaning the
bathroom and dusting, vacuuming and washing the floor.
Dishes,
rubbish removal and cleaning up cooking debris are not part of the
usual housekeeping chores and are the responsibility of the guest. We
are happy to arrange extra time for these chores at an extra charge if
that is required.
Number of Guests
should not
exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently
agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not
agreed with the owners in advance.
Damages,
breakages or losses to the property, furniture or furnishings will be
paid for by the guests and must be reported to us immediately.
Adelaide
DressCircle Apartments shall not be responsible or liable to compensate
guests for loss, theft, or damage of personal property on, or brought
into the apartment or in the immediate vicinity of any of the
apartments. This includes motor vehicles in provided parking. We
suggest you have insurance to cover your personal items.
Disturbance
to
neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in
eviction without refund. Parties and Functions are strictly
prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not
commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear
associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear
and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your
bond and/or additional payments.
Lock-outs
may incur
a call-out fee of $100.
Pets:
are not
allowed. Additional cleaning charges apply if this condition is
breached.
Smoking
inside
is strictly prohibited. A $150 surcharge applies if smoking
occurs inside the apartment during the term of your stay.
Departure:
Check-out is by 10 am to allow time to prepare property for next
guests. Apartments must be left in a generally clean and tidy state.
Extra cleaning fees may apply if this is not the case.
